Our refund and returns policy last for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
A ‘Return Commercial Authorization’ (RMA) is required. Return authorization can be obtained using the contact form or by calling us.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given:
- Rental of one or more virtual machines.
- After the cycle period of the telephone service.
- Any website plan.
- Subscriptions with one cycle or more.
Refunds
Once an RMA is approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Items for sale
Only regular rent priced can be refunded. Coupons cannot be refunded.
